To find clues as to the meaning of life, we first look at ourselves.
We talk with neuroscientists, psychologists, composers, and artists to
examine the mystery of you. If you’re just a body, then satisfaction in
life should come from tending to simple bodily needs. Fill your
stomach, be comfortable. But there’s more to you then that. You are
material and immaterial.
After the session: One of the things you can do to prepare for Mass is to read the bible readings that are assigned to the particular Sunday Mass. To read them beforehand helps you to be more attentive to those readings during Mass. The Universalis website offers the bible readings every day.
